Business Operations Manager

In her role as the Business Operations Manager at TechNet, Shannon is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll, and human resources. She works closely with all internal departments to ensure that smooth and efficient accounting, payroll and HR processes are in place and functioning to the benefit of TechNet and it’s employees. With over seventeen years in construction accounting and business operations, Shannon has developed a strong knowledge of business systems while overseeing successful software transitions and integrations.

Shannon grew up in North County San Diego and she loves spending her free time outdoors in California’s year-round beautiful weather. She loves spending time with her family, including her husband, daughter and son (and their family pets: 2 dogs, 2 chickens and a rabbit).
