COO

Floyd is COO and co-founder of TechNet Partners, overseeing operations and engineering.  He holds a BICSI certified RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) credential since 2005.

He is as comfortable in boots and a hardhat as he is in a suit and tie. His practical and technical hands on experience provide a unique value to his clients, allowing him to find the smartest solution for their infrastructure needs.

Floyd utilizes his 20 plus years industry experience to design and manage large IT infrastructure projects, including large hotels, casinos, stadiums, corporate campuses, college campuses, k12 school sites and data centers.  Some of Floyd’s notable accomplishments have been successful projects for Amazon, Cox Communications, U.S. Dept of Defense, Major League Baseball and Wyndham Hotels.

Floyd earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Redlands.  Outside of work, Floyd enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to awesome places.  He lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife and four children.
